Details of Retun Policy

Buyer Should keep The Original Package, Packaging Material and Items till the problem solved. Without this items return process will be cancel.
Return Valid Only If-
- Receive Damage Items
- Receive Missing Items

- 3Days from Date of Delivery

After approval of return request, we will arrange for return pickup from buyer doorstep.
Buyer don't need to pay any charges to the courier person. Sometime it is not possible to arrange return pickup. In that case customer have to courier the parcel by themself. We do refund the courier charge up to 100 Ruppees. After receiveiving the return courier we will check the problem from our end, if it’s same as per your description then we will send you a new item by courier or do refund the money. If items are solder, tear, broken like motor, lithium ion, battery pack etc are not eligible for refund/return policy. If Item found all working condition, then we deduct the courier charges of both side and return the money for only item price.
Refund/Replacement policy valid if item is not working/damage or received missing items. Buyer need to inform us within 3 days from the date of courier receive.
Note - For some items like BMS and Power Bank Modules retrun will not accepted if found solder mark on the item, Wire Cut, Socket cut etc.
In some cases Buyer need to courier us back the items we we are unable to arrange return pickup.

Missing Item -
If Items found missing in the courier then the buyer need to inform us within 3 days of courier receive. We will courier the missing item/items separately to you. Buyer Should keep The Original Package, Shipping Lable, Packaging Material and Items till the problem solved.

Order Cancelation-
Once order is confirmed, no cancellation will be entertained at any cause.

Time for Refund Ammount -
Its may take up to 1 to 2weeks to receive refund on you account.
