This is E bike/ E Scooty, Toto Lithium Ion battery Charger. This charger is suitable for 60v(16s) Lithium Ion Battery and 60v(19s) LifePO4 lithium iron Phosphet Battery. Special Cooling fan inbuilt to cool the inner circuit along with the Fuse protection. It has 3 led functions Red LED indicates the battery charging, Green LED indicates the battery is full charged and the Blue LED indicates that the charger is ok.
